Shānti Policies

Booking. The most efficient way to schedule an appointment is to call 978-462-7800. You may also request an appointment by sending an email to shanti@shantisalon.com
Finding the Salon. Shānti is located in the Tannery Marketplace, Mill #3, at 50 Water Street in Historic Downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Parking. There is plenty of parking available.
Smoking. The entire property, inside and out, is 100% non-smoking.
Children. Little ones are welcome to get services at the same rate as adults.
Late Policy. Your punctual arrival is appreciated, if you anticipate being 15 minutes or more behind schedule, please call in to inform us.  Some skin services require consent forms, please arrive 5 or 10 minutes early so you may read and sign forms without being rushed.
Cancellations. 24-hour advance notice is required, otherwise you will be held responsible for the full cost of your services scheduled.
Payment. Cash, Check, Visa®, Mastercard®, and American Express® are gladly accepted.
Gratuity. While tipping is greatly appreciated, it can only be accepted as cash or check (tips cannot be added to credit/debit card payments). There is a Bank of America ATM across the parking lot from Shānti.
Satisfaction. At Shānti, we pride ourself on complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not happy with your finished result please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to schedule another visit. We will do our best to meet your expectations.
