Booking

Shanti requires all clients have a credit card on file before scheduling an appointment. The most efficient way to schedule an appointment is to call 978-462-7800. You may also request an appointment by sending an email to shanti@shantisalon.com

Finding the Salon

Shanti is located in the Tannery Marketplace, Mill #3, at 50 Water Street in Historic Downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts.

Parking

There is plenty of parking available.

Smoking

The entire property, inside and out, is 100% non-smoking.

Children

Little ones are welcome to get services at the same rate as adults.

Gift Cards

Shanti offers gift cards for purchase by phone, in person.

Late Policy

Your punctual arrival is appreciated, if you anticipate being 15 minutes or more behind schedule, please call in to inform us. Some skin services require consent forms, please arrive 5 or 10 minutes early so you may read and sign forms without being rushed.

Cancellations

24-hour advance notice is required, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged the full amount of your missed scheduled services.

Payment

Cash, Check, Visa®, Mastercard®, and American Express® are gladly accepted.

Gratuity

While tipping is greatly appreciated, it can only be accepted as cash or check (tips cannot be added to credit/debit card payments).

Satisfaction

At Shanti, we pride ourself on complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your finished result please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to schedule another visit. We will do our best to meet your expectations.
